      if its your first callcentre and your first job then you may be able to take the patronising tone of “management “ and save a few quid up and get out before your soul burns out 3/6 months MAX

      Cons

      i will keep it simple . the place is run by balloons and liars and they value their staff as much as used bog roll .you are only a number and if you don’t partake in the fakery you will face big obstacles . apart from the half decent wage this place boasts nothin much more apart from draining your soul of much needed sanity .

      If you are a lead, you can learn how to deal with vendors and manage stakeholders.

      Cons

      No technical growth. Very unskilled managers. No recognition, onsites, team events. Ita good company only for those who want to work alone and be idle. No use of skip level meetings. Management wont react at all and dont value the employees.

      Great People - Poor Management

      Pros

      - Work/Life balance is excellent, - Benefits are good, including free broadband, company car scheme, healthcare and pension. - In the main the people who work at BT are generous, kind people with a friendly nature.

      Cons

      - The leaders of BT seem to be personnel who have been in the business forever and seem to be operating blind to the changing world around them, far too busy building empires to listen to their staff and direct change. - Constant lies and 'mis-truths' around organisational changes, all designed so the top dogs can keep their jobs, despite the poor performance of some of the business units. - Don't expect to ever get your bonus in Global Services, it never happens
