Never worked in a organisation where no one trusts management. I find it very disturbing that people find senior management scary and non approachable. Constants changes in Plan Pay. Uncertainty Of Role due to Operational Direction. Management is Poor with wrong people Skills. Still stuck in 80’s Behaviours And Processes. Bullying is normal in this company if your not in the boys Club. Pay is average. Record everything Management say/promise on email for proof. A lot of lies. Avoid Roles In BT Enterprise if your a professional or know what your doing in life this place is for cowboys only
