      No accountability, excellent potential, a lot of vacation you'll never get to take, they love to drink...

      Cons

      Dysfunction at its finest Total lack of clarity and direction Extremely poor management Total lack of integrity Promote from the UK Open interpretation of compensation plan leads to having to fight for every earned dollar Total disconnect top to bottom

      Not happy as most in BT India

      Pros

      - Better than average salary. - Work from home facility. - BT has a good finical sheet, company is doing good money wise.

      Cons

      Well there are too many, let's stick with top ones - First, you will not be part of BT, you will be like just another vendor, you will be treated like that, you will work like that, you are not more important, you are not less important too. - BT need to drop 2 or 3 vendor to hire you, so they will ask you to work like that. - Most are hired from vendors(Infy, TechM, Virtusa), work culture is like any other service compony. - You need to work with vendors, most of the day, need to visit there offices.

      First 18 years great last 5 or so crap

      Pros

      Great colleagues until they all started leaving and share save in the last few years.

      Cons

      Senior managers lost plot in terms of products, services and people management to name a few things. Recruited/promoted lots of clueless bullies to turn what was a great company going in the right direction into a terrible place to work going who knows where.
