      Pros

      Some telecommuting with tools provided to encourage being mobile. Good people

      Cons

      Company culture readily acknowledged by employees is that the company processes in place do not work and it is a constant battle to accomplish anything.

      Pros

      No pros unless you like a bullying culture (BT are famous on the Internet for it)

      Cons

      Bullying. Every day. All the time. Told off for going to toilet and not having phone with me to be able to answer it whilst using the toilet as not available. It was a management consultancy job as well.

      A good step up from external consultancy

      Pros

      Lots of responsibility and senior level exposure from the get go across a wide range of projects. Good support structure within an ambitious team and strong opportunities for development/progression. Makes sense if you want to deliver consultancy style work and variety but at a more senior level and see results through to fruition as well as developing longer term relationships and stripping out the PD/BD required in Big 4/external consultancies.

      Cons

      Need to be resilient to deliver some of the more challenging change programmes across such a large organisation. Like consultancy working hours ebb and flow but team is always fair about work life balance.
