Great career opportunties for suitably qualified people at managerial level but little for those who are not, despite great talent being there.
Cons
Far too many mangers looking for span break points of blame. HR lack the ability to impose a moral compass and know more about organisational design than they do about people engagement Many managers too scared to call out issues and those that do are not supported. Performance Managed being misused upon the poor foot soldiers that make BT work and is turned into a Bullying art form by some to the point of managed exits.
