Remuneration had reduced due the last credit crushes, HR do not bother about keeping people which resulted in loss of some skilled technical people. Very sensitive to cost saving. Some Account Manager and Sales are just waste of time and money. Process is too thick to handle.

No raises in 4 years and laid off unexpectedly when other lackluster employees can keep their head down and do dismal work survive by being yes men. No sense of direction by management caused a total failure for our group to survive, jobs moving to non US countries, would have been better if BT never bought Infonet Corp. Lackluster customer service after losing top talent, as management more aware of their failing and protecting themselves than listening to people on the floor for improvement.
