      Pros

      We are one of the market leaders in our space, and we have an unrivalled portfolio of customers. In practically every vertical, the key players trust us with their managed network services. We have a solutions oriented, can do attitude, we are driven by the customers.

      Cons

      The flexibility in offering such a great variety of options with our services and the reality of the technology and the regulatory environment can lead to intense frustration at times, and a lot of time is soaked up putting out fires and managing installation delays. However, given the folks that leave and come back, I'm not sure it's much different at OBS and VZB.
