      Pros

      Most Senior Managers are pro-active in changing the old processes and implementing more customer focused initaives that enable employees todo their job better. Good salary, benefits package an recognition for achievements.

      Cons

      Its a big ship SLOWLY changing, long term employees resistent to change, lots of negativity around the place, lots of barriers to sales.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between employees. Great New Hire Training program. The consultants are great to work with. The employees want the company to succeed.

      Cons

      No clear management career track. Struggling to integrate with the parent BT. No up-front funding for programs (they are expected to be successful before the have a chance to ramp up and then are discarded before they have had a chance to show success)
