      inwardly focused and poorly directed in ever decreasing circles

      Pros

      Good at downsizing whilst maintaining shareholder value. Some good people to work with. Some divisions are better than others so choose carefully.

      Cons

      Very poor management with a lack of vision. Took a lot of rejects from CWC and the BT Business Division is suffering the very same fate as a result. Very little customer focus and even less innovation. Very little support for personal development.

      Good people, who tend to band together and everyone is in the same boat.

      Cons

      Cross area working needs to be improved upon and too much red tape to get through for often the simplest of things.
