BT Provides a Good Atmosphere to Work and Give Equal Opportunity to Work and Gain More Knowledge, which is not specific to a particular domain or skillset, being a part of BT, I am learning Operations and Delivery Roles, which are applicable for my division and other part of the functions.

Ambience Good management Nice fooding and five working days a week which is really great along with one rotational shift.

Cons

Huge competition biased decison making system and too much of transport issue only work work and work no curicullar activities.
