      Pros

      Flexible working that allows you to have a good work/life balance, a varied amoutn of career options that really put the choices in your hands. Great people in the company and a strong culture of helping each other

      Cons

      Geographically spread all over the country, don't get an opportunity to meet the team in some roles. Delay in promotions due to processes left over from the Post Office days

      Pros

      A positive environment with large complex contracts to work. Benefits are solid and customary for the US. BT GS offerings are very strong internationally and provider employees with good international exposure without a frequent requirement for travel. Good technology partnerships provide solid educational opportunities for employees.

      Cons

      Limited contract leadership positions in the US due to account ownership primarily based in the UK. Some difficulty in rotating through contract positions. Weak performance management so many lackluster performs stay around and fill positions.
