      Good Brand Lots of friendly people Lots of buildings around the UK Performance management is starting to improve

      Cons

      Poor Salary in comparison to other companies Always no budget for training or any travelling to team meetings Lack of vision for the future Hardly any opportunties for promotion No Recongitnion Terrible HR System No career paths or learning paths for roles Global Services is badly run from the top. No Bonus this year unlikely to see a bonus for the next 5 years

      Good work life balance; Its good for people, who believe they have reached that stage of life, where they need a 9-5 job, with no added pressures

      Cons

      The biggest bunch of unprofessionals, with HR leading the pack. And mostly people have very less work, so grapevine is very much active here.
