Pros

Some smart employees working within the business with great ideas and ambitions. Some great clients, willing to do some wonderful things - who need help. Exciting technology in a growth marketplace to work within. Has an open office culture - although this has been pruned to some extend. Modern approach to dress code. South Bucks location is great; train station is less than a 5 minute walk.

Cons

Too focused on numbers; finances, where time is spend etc. Some of the leadership can be narrow minded. Traditional management structure has replaced flat hierarchy. Employees have little autonomy to be creative. Has allowed too many employees leave too often. Changes CEO every 8-15 months.

Pros

Good salary to work for Improved my coding skills in 11 months Great team and collaboration Excellent technical challenge

Cons

Extremely poor HR team who does only upward management. No support to people on ground. HR is a hub of politics with no leadership. No policy, no process. HR just nod their head to everyone in UK.

Pros

Quite good salary, but if you count that you have to work in 3 shifts, it becomes relativey worse... The 3 shifts alllow you to go to university, being still full time.

Cons

Completely exhausting, they don't deal with any of the human aspects of workforce, nor in workload, neither in the construction of offices. I hardly received any training for my job, because it was so urgent for them to start working - therefore almost nobody knew what to do, how to manage some problems. If you need help, nobody helps, because neither they know the solution and they are busy. They fired me at the end of my probation period just because it turned out I was pregnant - there was no problem with my work, and there was a huge lack of manpower in my field then (Italian + English speaking assistants).
