Working here you’ll be in a very modern open and spacious office space with lots of offers and perks there is a canteen on site the people are relatively friendly around the building if you are confident and outgoing it can be a rewarding job commission wise and has a decent work life balance and you can improve customer service skills

However this is an extremely demanding and relentless regime of pressure to meet daily and monthly targets which is to be somewhat expected however the actual targets themselves that seem unrealistic to hit even when your trying your hardest only those who are extremely skilled or those who dishonestly misspell deliberately can hit them You are constantly being watched and monitored by mangers aswell as duty ops staff who are constantly checking what you are doing this even extents to when you go to the toilet and when you are away from your computer for even a few mins they come looking for you It’s hard to get time off annual leave as it works as first come first serve system where if it’s been taken you can’t have any so you’d have to book it off in advance well before you take it off which is extremely frustrating when you are in need of certain days off throughout the year Systems are outdated and other staff in other departments you have to speak to to deal with customer queries don’t know what they are doing and you often end up cleaning up their mess basically doing their job for them and let’s say a lot of them are of the same type which indicates the business is prioritising quantity over quality advisors Management are as not as knowledgeable as you’d expect a lot of them are lacking in knowledge about certain products and services which is quite shocking and only those who brown nose management can climb up the ladder but the average hard worker who tries their best has good manners and clear progress get nowhere In the end I left due a personal issue in which they showed absolutely no support whatsoever and despite having a record of exceptional attendance and improving performance they showed zero compassion and insisted I left which I did after they showed their true colours disgraceful will never buy or recommend anything to do with BT or EE ever again!
