      Good for people looking for less challenging jobs and somewhat stability. Work life balance is the key factor in BT

      Cons

      Salaries are not as per market standards and HR are not at all helpful in reaching to a common ground for pay and only want to save cost. This results in employee’s dissatisfaction over the time and the reason to look for opportunities elsewhere.
