BT Group reviews

What I dislike the most about this organization is their lacking vision on restructuring their functional unit towards settling of their own hard-working employees. There is layoff strategy going in BT group targeting to cut up to 55,000 jobs by 2030, already decent amount of BT group employees has lost their job already which can unsettle current working employee on their performance and mental wellbeing towards their future porspect on professional journey. Apart from this I like to add other multiple factors like slow career growth, low compensation against current market rates, no job security, lack of communication transparency etc.

Sometimes vendor dominated. FTEs feel less responsible.
