Working with intelligent people who really want the company to succeed Excellent ideas and innovation London office is very accessible and modern Full benefits package was good, compensation per role maybe less so Plenty of scope to move internally across and get exposure across the group
Cons
Political with business units driving in different directions to undermine one another Lack of coherence across the Group, with re-structures every 3-6 months across every unit Near impossible to get promotions within the team, you need to move to a new role in the business to be considered
