I worked at BT at Adastral park. It was actually before 2012 - but that's the earliest year I could select on the list. It was a nice location, nice people and interesting work and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. I feel that as an employer, they treated me well and frankly, I would work for them again after experiencing life with other companies since. I enjoyed my time at BT and look back on my former employer with a great deal of affection.

Cons

There was quite a lot of red tape and processes and promotion was a bit of a case of waiting for dead men's shoes.

Good perks, good scope to learn technically, good trainings and good office environment

Cons

No work life balance at all, management expects the organization to operate in such manner. There are more managers compared to the actual technical people who perform the work. Heavy reliance on vendors in IT services.
