- high pay - 13th month bonus + performance bonus

Cons

- Bad top management(UK), not looking onto the issue, and doesn't care about how the team work. Not willing to promise, and seem to want the company to go down the drain - local management is powerless, lots of decision can't be make - All event come from employees volunteer pocket money, company won't bother to sponsor

1) Highly Mismanaged , Team keeps on changing as project kept on hold by HQ/ 2) Managers not skilled enough to retain and motivate 3) High Pay difference for same job & same experience your coworker may be earning 150% extra.
