The people are what make this business special.

Cons

Remember that time Phil Jansen gave himself a 32% pay rise and told the rest of the business how they couldn't afford pay rises in line with inflation? 10 years of service for this company and I have never been so saddened by a company in all my working career. Asked us to return to the office with absolutely zero consideration for how the people felt, cost of transport, cost of child care, 30 days notice, zero respect. Very saddening. Oh how we laughed.

- Large projects that are fun to work on

Cons

- Overabundance of contractors. They make up over 75% of staff. - Low pay. 6 years of service and only £35k for a mid-level developer with no pay increases for 3 years. - Management is misguided and only cares about the MVP. No room for optimisation, exploration or improvement. - Performance oriented through and through. No humanity involved. - Anti-protest sentiment. - Upper Management only care about money. No actual knowledge of the projects or teams. - Misinformation is rampant.
