Fast-paced environment, a wide variety of people, different tasks, can be challenging, great for someone looking to start a career, pay starts out well

Cons

Long hours while being understaffed, a lot of overtime and late nights because of this. Overworked, no promise of lunch time with no breaks. Unprofessional environment, can not complain to management as there is no confidentiality. A lack of career growth unless you are there 100% of the time and with the company for a long period. Lack of support for employees and low morale overall

It's a job that pays? Donors are nice people...that's really about it.

Cons

Don't respect or value hard working employees, high turn over so they are ALWAYS under staffed, lots of gossip and drama. Lastly, management is probably the worst thing about it all, no leadership skills, horrible communication with employees, lots of favoritism/ nepotism, and incredibly condescending towards employees.
