Location good coworkers and a clean place to work

Measurement has its own circles if you're not in one of their circles you're out no raises managers don't even go on the floor and . They believe in quantity not quality not a quality product

Pros

Great benefits and location. The team I was a part was fairly cohesive. I found the company overall to be a good place to work.

Cons

Poor communication between team members and across other teams made it difficult to accomplish goals. There was a lot of training which is mandatory in FDA regulated industry but many employees did not take it seriously, which only hurts the company in the long run. HR was difficult to deal with and rarely advocated for the employee.
