Flexible hours and great place for career starters........

Cons

Over responsibility, too much work load, no appreciation and no career growth opportunities. Do not go to HR for any complains as there will be no confidentiality

Pros

I work for the corporate office, and I have been very happy with the particular job that I got. It was fairly well paid, and the people are great.

Cons

In the last couple of years we've been experiencing some growing pains. In efforts to save money, as people have left, we have not replaced them, and in turn every time, people have to continue taking on extra work with unfortunately no relief in sight.

Cost cutting pressures go through all areas of the companies. Bad public transport connection. Few conference rooms.
