There were absolutely no pros.

Cons

The strangest culture of any business I've seen. Middle management more interested with who cliques instead of who works. Serious attitude problems and egos that are out of control. HR completely uninterested in the root problems within departments, and unwillingness to transfer within. Zero interest in employees, just what they can get out of each employee. Give Give Give to the Company. Biotest attitude is stick your head in the sand and ignore problems like an ostrich.

The benefits, although not so great in comparison to real USA Companies and manufacturers,

Clear favoritism amongst management and those with clear agendas. A never seen CEO. HR completely out of touch or doesn't care. Confidentiality a serious issue.
