Great team environment! Our facility is very clean and for the most part a very professional staff. Working in this industry makes you feel good about helping others.
Cons
Human Resource Department needs serious overhaul. Unfortunately our HR department receives their bonuses for staff retention and this has led to some seriously questionable HR practices. It is often difficult to perform many management duties because of the limitations set forth by our HR department. If an employee calls the "Glass House" (Term for our HR call center) more than once then HR and our upper management feel that the facility management may not be performing their jobs or unsuited for their positions. Also, HR makes it nearly impossible to terminate an employee due to behavior or actions including tardiness/ absences.
