Pros

Good benefits, PTO, etc, and they do generally promote from within.

Cons

The corporate office is a mess. They wait until something happens then overreact to it instead of planning for the future, and when they do plan for the future its extremely short sighted. Unrealistic goals that are never met. Nothing happens quickly. Employees are treated like incompetent buffoons by higher ups who barely do enough to keep their own jobs Pay is below market average. This is a company that quality employees leave the second they find something better.

This company is filled with great, talented and caring people. The amount of task and accomplishments that is completed on a daily basis by those with limited resources is very admirable.

Cons

Management!!!!!!!!...This company for its size is full of politics that is completely unnecessary. The lack of recognition from management for the talent that they have in-house is very distasteful. Silos is a common thing at BPC and at time encourage. Lack of professional improvement. Lack of recognition

Pros

They give good hours, your hired as part time but you get full time hours although they don't give you the health insurance they promised when offering the job.

Cons

Managers look down on you and treat you like a robot. You can't leave reception because they want you to screen when it's busy till you can't screen no more. They don't like to pay for overtime and theirs lots of it, they make sure they give you under 40 hours 37 exactly so you won't pass the 40 for overtime pay. They don't pay enough at $11 and they expect too much.
