Cost cutting pressures go through all areas of the companies. Bad public transport connection. Few conference rooms.

-steady pay check -good entry level into the medical field -benefits are okay -good place for phlebotomy training

Cons

-donors are rude -most staff are unprofessional -working environment is like being in high school soap opera (very cliquish) -poor raises (approx 1-1.5% annual)
