The center is run like a dictatership. They give certain people dollar per hour promotions while giving others 50 cents. Manager sits in office watching TV and reading newspaper all day and when her has to get up and do something, he's belligerent, angry and bellitles people. All you hear all day is how close to getting fired you are and how good you have it there. Their bonuses ate based on favoritism and all week you receive "qq" messages that say what you do wrong and it's shared everywhere among the centers. They constantly run employees off and complain that no knows what they're doing. They waste money retraining all three time, never have funds to fix and supply things, but they'll give their friends within three center 500 dollar raises. I can go on. Basically, if you want something temporary, it's good but stay there long enough YOU WILL BE MISERABLE.

As the other reviewer wrote, employees are leaving and not getting replaced. The want to save money (I get that too), but there are reasonable limits. The amount of employees they have is not realistic for the amount of work and ambitious plans. If you join this company you may end up working 18 hours a day, seven days a week until they burn out and squeeze the last drop of productivity you have left.
