      They gave me a lot of opportunities to develop my talent

      Pros

      They helped me to develop my talent with on-line courses and an executive Master's. The content was good enough. They also allowed me to develop professionally in the direction that I wanted. They challenged me as much as I wanted.

      Cons

      They are too political and they do not give enough freedom to develop one's ideas.

      Pros

      Good salary and perks, highly structured, innovative for being a bank, good talents work here. You can really learn a lot here

      Cons

      The experience that you have might be affected by the team and the manager you are assigned to, and after a while the environment is not that dynamic; there is a lot of competition and being promoted is not easy - it is not necessarily a bad thing, but the promotion rate I have seen within BBVA is very low. The career plan is sort of unclear.
