Pros

not too much pressure, friendly coworkers.

Cons

career progression limited because of the corporate culture, because Madrid is not a very active financial place, and because things are probably not what they used to be before the financial crisis (banks are still downsizing).

Pros

Multinational, good financial statements and ratios among its peers, and with a good strategy in Digital Banking and Digital Transformation

Cons

The bank hires people from outside (competitors and other companies) offering them very high salaries, meantime they keep traditional employees with very low salaries. The economic incentives in the promotions are not atractives since 2007, there are long careers with almost no promotions, and we don´t have annual increases in the salary since 2007.
