This company has spent so much time restructuring that they have forgotten about the people who make the company successful. Their employees. I was there when they "restructured" and in the process "laid" off quite a few of their managers, One year later they did the exact same thing but hey they offered them the opportunity to reapply within the district for other open positions, usually lower paying positions. After watching this I could not see myself devoted to a company that clearly was not devoted to it's employees. Which is very sad. In it's day this was a great company to work for.
