      Pros

      Great team to work with in branch. great place for networking and getting to know the customers of the driving force behind any business. great compnay to gain bank experience with.

      Cons

      Some higher ups can be a little hippocritical, they sometimes treat you as if you are a piece of property and some are not willing to work with you when it comes to getting a promotion.

      Hard work is rewarded, we have great benefits and growth opportunity. Most team members have positive attitudes and are great assets to work with. It seems easy to get promoted if you rise to the top in performance and teamwork.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be tricky, so good time management skills are important.

      Training, support of team members.

      Cons

      Since being acquired by a global bank the company has lost its regional bank culture, the benefit is greater resources and new product offering but the family feel when it was just Compass was a 5 star place to work.
