      Constantly in need of new people. Lots of people retiring who single-handedly dealt with some specific system.

      Good company, just not the most competitive.

      Pros

      Decent workload, good inclusive environment for everyone aka not just white males. Hybrid work 3 days a week.

      Cons

      Yearly pay raises and bonuses don't beat inflation. Pay initially is on the lower side unless you stick around for a while.

      very good compensation and a lot of overtime opportunities. 12 hour shifts

      Cons

      forced shifts. working weekends and holidays.
