      Disappointing- Schedule has priority to Safety and Quality

      401K match (great benefit) Bonus High-quality professionals

      Cons

      Schedule is, by far, priority to Safety (EHS) and Quality. Everybody is afraid to say "NO" to Spanish top management No empowerment at all. Excess of people copied in e-mails and invited for meetings (very unproductive) Company shows externally a good image. It doesn't reflect internally. People is not proud to work there anymore.

      Cons

      Horrible culture starting at the top CEO is an unethical micromanager who leads with coersion Nepotism runs rampant - not skill based at all Old boys' club is alive and well Regulators should keep a close eye on them Foreign ownership leaves much to be desired

      Great company with fantastic benefits

      Pros

      The company has a wonderful work culture, passionate teams, and outstanding benefits such as 150% matching up to 8% on 401k.

      Cons

      Work can take on a boom/bust cycle due to so much regulatory reporting. A general rule of Avangrid is that everyone wants everything all at once since most people don’t know what they need. Full time in office.
