      Insurance, long hours for those who want it without pay

      50 hours a week or more expected, pay scale is average with wage increases of 1-2%, under their thumb management mentality

      Other than pay, the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Horribly mismanaged from the top down. Understaffed and overworked employees are expected to provide work within almost laughably small amounts of time. Locals are replaced with Spanish newcomers on a consistent basis with most other jobs farmed out to contractors. Management positions also get filled with overseas employees. Turnover and inexperience are everywhere as a consequence, leading to confusion and more mismanagement. There is extreme confusion among employees on a daily basis. Employees are open with their discontent and over the years, the environment has continued to get more toxic as the job force has been cut only to be replaced with loyal employees arriving from overseas. Compensation does not reflect market values. Avoid if possible. The future is the axe of regulators and the government.

      Pros

      Overall the company is extremely focused on both providing excellent service to the customers and taking care of their employees. Leadership is extremely educated, diverse group from around the world who take the time to hear what you have to say. It is a collaborative culture where colleagues are easy to bounce ideas off of and provide constructive feedback. Pay is extremely competitive. Benefits are some of the best in class (if not THE best). Management understands and respects work life balance. Tons of incentives and activities. There is access to a gym within the building. Company provides numerous friendly and entertaining social events throughout the year. Definitely a company I will be retiring from!
