      Great pay and great people!

      Pros

      The pay was amazing, the people were great to work with and the environment was corporate but not toxic, which is rare. The space is really nice and a lot of people are willing to help you when you need it.

      Cons

      The company got really big really fast and lost some of the family feeling it had before. I think there needs to be better communication, better opportunities for women and minorities inside the company. It's the feeling of being a number instead of a human being to me that made me leave.

      Toxic Spanish Leadership Culture

      People (co-workers), the actual work, excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Spanish leadership, bureaucratic nature of inefficiency (systems for systems, log jams), Ridicules merit incentive, new hires come in higher than people who have been in the role for years (at all levels).
