This past year we have promoted many roles from within and further diversified our executive leadership team for stronger direction. Our relationship with Iberdrola helps us leverage best practices to enhance our operations across the business. Our commitment to our customers and community has never been stronger as we exceeded our volunteer hours goal this year and were recognized by Just Capital as a top company for workforce equity and mobility. This year we also expanded our DE&I team and launched a new tradition with Diversity Week. We will continue making serious efforts for driving a culture of employee retention & engagement and will mobilize our Business Resource Groups to identify areas of growth to improve our employees’ workplace experience.
