      This company provides amazing benefits and excellent pay. They have employed people that genuinely seem to care, and my supervisor truly treats me as a valued member of the team which can be a rare find in a large corporation.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels a little disorganized as there have been several mergers and reorganizations of the business.

      Great opportunities, lots of work, decent vacation and health benefits, exposure to lots of different departments

      Cons

      understaffed - extremely concerned about headcount. if anyone leaves or retires, they don't replace the person. The remaining team members are left overwhelmed with a lot of work. Room for process improvement - lots of data manual entry processes that could be avoided. It can get political at times.
