Good starting salary and benefits, rotational program. Lots of free training. Paid for graduate programs available.

Cons

Starting in the engineering development program during COVID has been disappointing and I have been very bored due to limited assignments. I remain optimistic for my next job rotations.

Very long hours every week, working every weekend to some extent. Thinly staffed, hard to take vacation without expectation to be checking emails.
