I've had the most amazing team for my tenure with the company. They are the reason I am still here.

Cons

I've worked here for long enough to weather many transitions. The more the company grows in size, the worse it gets in valuing employees and in meaningful work. There is too much turn-over in senior leadership and not enough promoting from within.

Pros

Building experience, great 401k and health benefits, great PTO, tuition reimbursement. Provides a place to grow highly in-demand skill sets. Very stable job. There is seemingly opportunities for growth if you stick around.

Cons

Pay is good enough, but there are rigid limits on increasing your compensation. From my limited knowledge it seems as though top performers may be undercompensated.
