Decent benefits, solid health insurance plan.

Cons

AGR is incredibly inefficient in internal communication. Getting information from other departments that one needs to do their own job is like pulling teeth. Some people have been there forever, and it's not a good thing - "we've always done it this way" is a tune you hear often. Most of what company does is dictated by their Spain parent, disregarding input from people in the trenches. Very limited, if any, career advancement opportunities. Okay pay for before-COVID times.

Cons

Terrible pay for long hours on top of storm duty, no direction or training from manager or on new software, fear based culture, company first and people last, HR is a nightmare! No employee recognition and no exit interviews for employees who willingly leave.

Company gets worse and worse, each day. They want to become a big player in the renewable space, but they are pretenders. If they can ever stop falling over themselves, then the place will get marginally better.
