      - People are very easy to work with - Healthy culture / environment

      Cons

      - Certain departments are difficult to work with (stock keepers) - Processes take way too long when something isn't on a contract with a supplier - Shouldn't have to go through three teams to procure materials

      Abusive CEO creates climate of fear at work

      Nice towns to live nearby.

      Cons

      CEO's unethical behavior creates a toxic workplace environment where employees feel threatened and anxious. Many good professionals leaving the company mainly because of burnout, lack of growth opportunities and poor management.

      There are some extremely talented peopl ein this organization. The overall benefits package is top of the line.

      Cons

      Extremely reactive culture , strategy is quarterly with a fear of speaking up and being yourself. Decisions are micromanaged and everything has to be approved at the highest level of the organization. No psychological safety or accountability from leadership.
