Pros

Everyone treats each other with respect, and you can listen to your iPod with one bud in your ear, except when driving a forklift or a Taylor-Dunn. The cafeteria is cheap, healthy and always ready if you forget your lunch.

Cons

The work gets monotonous at times, because your job never changes so your doing the same thing over and over.

good systems in place, safe place to work, good training, world wide leader, professional people working there, lean manufacturing experts

they dont believe on people who has been developed internally to take managements positions, poor salary, limited benefits, high turn over
