Pros

Benifits are great and it is a well kept company. It is a very clean enviroment. People are great to work with.

Cons

Can be sore in your hands from working there but you do get use to it. They took away the five eight shift which would work out better for me and there is no longer a graveyards which was the best shift for some people.

the medical insurence is good. the dental is good. that is prity much all i can think of to tell you the truth.

Cons

the people in charge dont care about you. All they want is as much material they can push out the door. If for some reason you are incharge they want you to dedicate youre whole life to them. like meeting once a week schooling that wont matter any where but there. home work FROM YOUR JOB! really fpr production workers.

pay and benefits were higher than others in our area.close to home..didnt have far to travel knew a lot of people from town that also work there.

Cons

the opportunities for advancemnt seemed to always be given to friends of management..even though people had been there for years,new or younger employees...especially friends of management recieved the priorities.
