While Autoliv has many hurdles it is a great company to work for and provides many great experiences.

Autoliv is filled with great motivated employees, pays well, and allows you a great deal of freedom.

Cons

Autoliv is has an extremely regionalized culture and they should have been a global company for quite some time. They do not have good software to assist the purchasing department in North America, and all regions operate on different web based servers.

- Really nice, young people. - Learning new stuff, being able to see how a big company works. - Working in 5 shifts that change every other week: (this is pro but goes both ways) - Vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, Easter bonus ... etc - Team building

Cons

- Not many career opportunities - Base salary is low compared to other companies (there are bonuses involved though) - Unpaid overtime. - Working on weekends twelve hour shifts.
