Take car of employees. I liked my team a lot and was given good opportunities to contribute.

Cons

The company was switching to PDM at the time so a lot of things were on hold.

I was able to get involved in numerous projects, gaining both hands-on and interpersonal experience. Good opportunities to work with smart engineers.

Cons

Management was a bit unorganized. Quite a bit of overlap across project responsibilities. International offices also require late meeting hours.
