      Pros

      The team is young, dynamic, fun and very open-minded. The location is great, close to the center of the city, to the market and you have all the banks and other facilities around.

      Cons

      The salaries are not as great as they should be during the first 2-3 years. But, if you will come with some previous experience, you can earn good.

      Nice close environment, I worked with everyone from senior engineers to technicians.

      The pay isn't the most competitive.

      They are in expansion at least in the research and development. I guess they need people. However i have seen some good people leaving.

      Cons

      Like any multinational some part of the management i snot mature yet. And some projects are mostly managed from outside.
