      Pros

      Tuition reimbursement, multiple shifts, consistent hours, decent pay, the actual work isn't to bad after your trained and can keep up.

      Cons

      Bad communication, you will be told different things from different people so you don't know what is true. Hard to get time off.

      Good Benefits, they take care of their people well. Great People to work with, good locations and available residential supports

      Cons

      Very Lean support staff, poor culture of communications. Very High expectations of very high technical competence with low culture of sharing cross skills. This may have been very specific to my supervisor.
