      Close to home. It is growing.

      Cons

      Poor management in Test Labs. Very stressful because lots of work coming in for new business but manager and supervisor are not equipped for handling direction of test technician group for getting workload complete in an efficient manner.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty decent. The people are cool. It's a job. I don't want to be a lifer, but it's pretty okay for right now.

      Cons

      The overtime is ridiculous. Don't let anyone tell you that full-time is a 40 hour week, because it's not.
