      Good work life balance. Reputation wise is good in the automotive industry. Benefit is acceptable. Opportunity to grow in the new market

      Good oppurtunities. Safety domain knowledge. Moderate compatible salaries.

      Cons

      It was good. But after new line management hierarchy in 2015, lots of politics introduced. Leadership is not developed to matured state.Managers are not aware of even work product. Work pressure. Less onsites in many projects.they are not capable in handling contractorder.
